Creating custom fields can be imperative to successful Sync mapping. Below are detailed instructions on how you can create your own custom fields.
1. Create custom fields in the “participant’s” tab
2. Click the text that is labeled custom fields
3. In the popup box click label and label your custom field then click “ADD”
4. The Field type will populate as “Custom_Your_Field_Name”
5. You can repeat this process as many times as you want – After simply click the exit button
