Clients can manually update a participant's status.
Status options: complete, incomplete, waitlisted, pending, canceled, declined, approved, transferred/pending, deleted, inactive and invited
To update a status of a participant record, follow the steps below:
- Choose the event from the company dashboard
- In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to Event Overview to expand the menu options
- Click Participants
- Click on the pencil icon next to the participant whose status you would like to update
- Click into the Fields tab
- In the search bar, type ‘status’
- In the status field dropdown, select the appropriate status
- Click Save
