The platform includes pre-existing emails that can be edited to include your event specific details and verbiage.
To edit a pre-existing email option, follow the steps below:
- In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to Event Overview to expand the menu options
- Click Emails
- Search for the email you want to edit using the search bar
- Click on the pencil icon under Actions column, in line with the email you want to edit
- Choose to edit any aspect of the email, including:
- Subject Line
- Content
- Assign Registration Types
- Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
- Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes to the live registration form
