Session data is required for attendance tracking. Instead of adding in one session at a time, clients can opt to upload a spreadsheet of numerous sessions and details.
To import sessions, follow the step below:
- In the left-side navigation, click the arrow next to Attendance Tracking to open the menu
- Click Manage Sessions
- Click the Import Sessions button
- Click the Export Sample button to download a session upload template document (if needed for reference)
- Once your session document is finalized, click the Upload Spreadsheet button
- Select the Import Mode from the dropdown
- Import and Update: To update existing sessions
- This option requires you to choose a field to update on - it is recommended to choose Name
- Import Only: The system requires you identify the data in each column
- Import and Update: To update existing sessions
- Map the fields - the system requires you identify that data in each column
- Click the Start Import button
Note: Once completed, you will receive a report on number of successful imports and the data that was updated, and the number of failed imports.
